It provides instant power as soon as sunlight touches it. I am currently using it in a south facing window because I am too lazy to install it outside. It gets hot enough so I am pretty sure it will be fine in our mild Canadian winters. Works great.

I downloaded an app to see how efficient it charged, not expecting much, and it charged my phone faster than the wall did! It’s got 2 usb ports. Pretty simple, you just set it in the sun and plug in your stuff. I don’t think it has any batteries in it tho but would pair well with a powerbank. 10/10 recommend
